We took the time to fill out an application just so we could see if they asked about criminal history. And guess what? They don’t!

Even though Regis Salons doesn’t support either of these resources, they can still hire you. Supporting these initiatives isn’t required in order for a company to be able to hire you with a felony!

3. Your interview is going to be the best opportunity to discuss your background. We’re not sure if they will do a background check, so it’s best for you to address it first. Also, this gives you the upper hand and allows you to explain the situation and your growth.
