There are, unfortunately, states that will look at everything. The states below see every charge, no matter how old or if you were found not guilty:
- New Jersey
- North Carolina
- North Dakota
- Rhode Island
- South Carolina
- West Virginia

What felony convictions might have a hard time getting hired here?
