We took it upon ourselves to research Dick’s Sporting Goods ratings. On glassdoor.com, they have a 3.3 out of 5 star rating. Of the 3,901 reviews, the best thing about working for the company is the great work environment. The biggest drawback is lack of room for advancement for part-time employees.

It’s highly unlikely, given the company’s position on most felony charges. That said, we’re not totally sure.

Our sources had conflicting responses and we haven’t been able to verify from the company itself, but it looks like they typically don’t drug test. It’s best to be on the safe side though, and prepare as if they do.
