Looking at the many reviews, most employees say Allstate is a great place to work with pretty good benefits. But with the good always comes the bad, and it seems that there are constant changes that make it stressful at work and there is little room for advancement.
What felonies Allstate will not hire
Some of their positions make it clear that there are strict Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules they have to follow. As such, you shouldn’t apply if you have any felonies related to theft, violence or drugs within the past seven years, or any past convictions concerning violation of the FCC.

There are a few convictions that will more than likely give you a difficult time when applying for a job with Allstate. Keep in mind any conviction that can cause car insurance rates to increase also appears to be a red flag on hiring. An offense that involves theft of personal information will make it more difficult since some positions will have access to customer information, as well.
Also, be aware that some of their positions require an insurance license, and certain convictions are barred from receiving this license.
