Keep in mind, though, that company culture is really going to depend on how the store you work at is run. Each shop is managed uniquely. This means that the experience of working at one Orange Julius can be quite different from the experience of working at another one.
What felonies Orange Julius will not hire
Orange Julius didn’t tell us if there are felonies that will take you out of the hiring pool.
What felony convictions might have a hard time getting hired here?
Most felonies are likely to be considered equally by hiring managers. However, felonies involving theft of money are probably going to stand out. Offenses involving minors and sex crimes will also stand out due to the company’s customer base.
Since there is the possibility that you will be handling cash in your eventual position, hiring managers will be concerned with a history of theft if it comes to their attention.
