We have done extensive research and found out that the odds of being hired at FOREVER 21 are average. This is because they’re not on the Ban the Box list and firsthand accounts differ about whether or not they’ll hire people with a record. However, depending on your charges, you may still be able to get an entry-level position.

What are some entry-level jobs?

There are two main entry-level positions at FOREVER 21: Store associate and visual merchandiser. Both positions include dealing with customers so having previous customer service skills will be a plus.

A store associate is responsible for assisting customers with product location, availability, prices and returns. They’re also responsible for customer transactions and operating the cash register.

A visual merchandiser’s main duties are to oversee the styling, processing and placement of merchandise according to company standards and guidelines.

There are plenty of advancement opportunities with FOREVER 21. Starting off in one of these positions will give you a foundation to move forward within the company.

Tips to get hired here with a felony

Since we’re not sure if they’ll hire former felons, you’ll want to have a resume that really stands out from the others. To do this, we’ll start by customizing your resume to match what FOREVER 21 is looking for:

Our team did some research on FOREVER 21’s ratings. On glassdoor.com, the company has 2.8 out of 5 stars rating. Of the 5,124 reviews, 291 past and present employees liked the fast-paced work environment. The biggest complaint was that the employee discount is only 10%.
