Second Chance Ministries mission – Is to walk along side men and women released from incarceration into Campbell County. Our mission is to provide re-entry assistance, during the first 4 months after release, to our clients and to help rebuild their lives through a transformation of hearts and minds through Jesus Christ, as demonstrated by our actions and kindness. While Second Chance Ministries is a faith based ministry, we do not refuse services to anyone meeting our criteria.
