Hour Children mission – Hour Children’s mission is to help incarcerated and formerly incarcerated women and their children successfully rejoin the community, reunify with their families, and build healthy, independent, and secure lives. To accomplish this, Hour Children provides an array of prison-based programs and post-release?services.

- Including child and teen programming. School Fun is an expanded learning and after-school program that works to accommodate families with the new hybrid school model for children. Hour Teen Scene provides enrichment and support for young people, ages 12 through 18.
- Prison-based family services
- Food pantry
- Housing
- Supportive housing providing a safe and supportive environment for women starting the reentry process (and reuiniting with their children).
- Mental health and wellness
- Licensed social workers, including a Child and Adolescent Therapist, meet regularly with women and children to provide group and individual therapy and case management services, paying special attention to the complex issues related to reentry and family reunification.
