Domestic Outreach Corporation mission – Domestic Outreach Corporation provides psycho-educational services for men and women who have committed simple assault, domestic abuse or domestic violence. It is DOC’s belief that the incidence of domestic violence or abuse can be reduced significantly by having offenders participate in this twenty-four week group training program.
