Central Arkansas ReEntry Coalition mission Meeting returning citizens at the gate with CARE. We attempt to pave the way for an easier reentry.

The Central Arkansas ReEntry Coalition (C.A.R.E.) is comprised of members who support the day-to-day work of assisting those in transition from incarceration, homelessness and other life events back into the community. The members include criminal and social justice advocates, social service agencies, government agencies and concerned members of the public. We are not a bricks-and-mortar operation, but rather a collaborative association that helps those who have been incarcerated or are facing criminal justice issues.

C.A.R.E. is a proud partner with the City of Little Rock to sponsor the annual Rights After Wrongs reentry and transition fair to help those in our community in need. This is a one-day, one-stop event that includes an expungement clinic, judges to deal with traffic and appearance issues, child support, employment, driver license issue, health, housing, and other issues.

C.A.R.E. meets at 10am on the first Wednesday of each month at the Willie Hinton Neighborhood Center located at 3805 W. 12th Street in Little Rock. Meetings are open to the public and we encourage anyone interested in our mission to attend.
